Stonebridge is composed of 11 individual neighborhood associations, each with its own board of directors and specific responsibilities. These neighborhood boards manage local matters such as landscaping, facilities, and communication within their boundaries, while also coordinating with the SCA on broader community issues. All Stonebridge residents are members of the Stonebridge Community Association (SCA) and are subject to the SCA’s governing documents, including its covenants, rights, and restrictions. This tiered structure allows each neighborhood to maintain its unique character while benefiting from shared resources and unified oversight through the SCA.

What SCA Maintains
The Stonebridge Community Association (SCA) is responsible for maintaining and funding key infrastructure that serves all neighborhoods within the community. This includes major shared elements such as private roads, street lighting, traffic signage, storm drains, detention and retention ponds, and other essential systems. While individual neighborhoods handle their own dues and responsibilities, the SCA ensures that these core services are maintained for the benefit and safety of the broader Stonebridge community.
Area Schools
Stonebridge Community Association is uniquely positioned within both the Ann Arbor Public Schools and Saline Area Schools districts. Families in the area may be zoned for schools in either district, offering access to two of the most respected public education systems in Michigan. Both districts are known for strong academics, innovative programs, and vibrant extracurricular opportunities.

Ann Arbor Public Schools (AAPS)
