Nestled between the 7th and 8th holes of the beautiful Stonebridge golf course, Lone Oak offers a unique condominium environment. 30 attractive ranch-style condominiums surround a large park-like island featuring a 300-year-old oak tree. Other lifestyle amenities include a calming pond, a circular drive for walking and benches to sit and chat with neighbors.
The Lone Oak Condominium Association offers the most extensive co-owner coverage of any community within Stonebridge. The Lone Oak HOA covers lawn maintenance, snow removal, sidewalks and driveways, irrigation, and the exterior condo structure including roofs. The courtyard in front of each condo is the responsibility of each co-owner, which allows some gardening and creates a uniqueness to each courtyard.

Dues
Each household within the Lone Oak is currently assessed a monthly dues, which covers regular operating expenses and reserve contributions. In addition, the Stonebridge Community Association (SCA), which provides broader support and amenities across the larger community, assesses an annual dues, which is currently $1,300.
