The Crooked Stick condominium unit is part of a group of homes in Crooked Stick, Doral Creek, Fairways, Fairway Woods, and Twin Islands that share a common design theme based on four distinct floor plans. These homes range in size from a 1,700 square foot ranch-style unit to a 2,400 square foot two-story.
We also have an annual neighborhood summer social gathering by the Creek. Like a number of communities and streets within Stonebridge Community, ours has a golf-course related name. In our instance, Crooked Stick is named after a delightful Indiana golf course which hosted the 2009 Senior's U.S. Open.

Dues
Each household within the community is currently assessed a monthly due of $425, which covers regular operating expenses and services outlined in the communities Expenses matrix tab. In addition, the Stonebridge Community Association (SCA), which provides broader support and amenities across the larger community, assesses an annual due of $1,300. From time to time, additional voluntary contributions may be requested—particularly to support the maintenance and long-term health of community ponds, as an example.
