The Estates neighborhood is a premier community within the Stonebridge Community Association (SCA), known for its luxury homes, picturesque surroundings, and a strong sense of community. The Estates is comprised of 321 large, single-family homes situated throughout the Stonebridge community. These homes, found along the Stonebridge Drive circle, North and South Boulder Ponds, and streets such as Lohr Road and Prairie Dunes Court, were individually designed and constructed by developers approved for their quality and craftsmanship. Each home is an individually owned site condominium, offering the best of single-family living with added community benefits.
Homes in the Estates neighborhood offer spacious designs ranging from 1,700 to over 4,000 square feet and typically include 3 to 5 bedrooms and 2 to 4 bathrooms. Many also feature grand entrances, master suites, and gourmet kitchens—reflecting the upscale character of the community.

Dues
Each household within the community is currently assessed an annual due of $25, which covers regular operating expenses and services outlined in the communities Expenses matrix tab. In addition, the Stonebridge Community Association (SCA), which provides broader support and amenities across the larger community, assesses an annual due of $1,300. From time to time, additional voluntary contributions may be requested—particularly to support the maintenance and long-term health of community ponds, as an example.
Invoices for payments are generally sent out in February by US mail. You can access your account, pay assessments, and manage recurring payments securely through the Prosight / Vantaca on-line portal. To access the portal go to:
