The condominium units in five of the Stonebridge neighborhoods (Crooked Sticks, Doral Creek, Fairways, Fairway Woods and Twin Islands) share a design theme based on the four different floor plans. Units range from a 1,700 square foot ranch to a 2,400 square foot two-story. Most units offered at least three bedrooms, with four bedrooms in units offering a full second story and either four or five bedrooms in units with finished lower levels. Some lower levels are walk-out units, others are view out. However each neighborhood offered certain unique options such as large decks overlooking ponds and fairways or extensive glass-enclosed porches overlooking wooded views. Additionally, a large list of individual options from gas fire places, upgraded kitchens, vaulted and cathedral ceilings, and en-suite baths allowed for a wide range of individual expression so that each purchaser could design the perfect Stonebridge condominium.  For more information contact the Fairway Woods President via the Neighborhoods page or  "Contact Us".

 

The Heathers community consists of 66 detached luxury condominiums located on North Stonebridge Drive and on Doral Drive. Among the 66 homes are five different models; some are single-story and some are two-story units, all with at least two or three bedrooms and some with as many as five bedrooms where the lower-level is finished. All Heathers units have golf course views either of the 2nd, 3rd, or 8th fairways of the Stonebridge Golf Club with abundant views of two ponds with fish and frequent water birds. Adjacent walking trails provide additional natural vistas. Services are provided by a five-member Board and Cabrio Properties. Basically, those services consist of exterior siding/painting, landscaping, irrigation, and general assistance. Several Highpointe condominium units are shown in the foreground of the aerial picture above. Many Highpointe units look out on Twin Islands Pond and most have extensive decking and walk-out basements. The detatched, single-family condominiums in Highpointe range from 1,800 to 2,600 square feet and are available in a variety of floorplans. All Highpointe units have a "lighthouse" cupola reminiscent of the northern Michigan coast.  There are still a few undeveloped lots in the Highpointe nieghborhood, so if you are looking to build a new condominium home, this is the last Stonebridge neighborhood available for new construction. The Links is made up of 58 single-family homes located in the northwest corner of our community. The homes are bordered by Ann Arbor-Saline Road on the left side of the picture and the 14th fairway of the Stonebridge Golf Club on the right side of the picture. The street shown is Sawgrass Drive West, but Links units are also located on on Moores Court and Spyglass Court (roads to the left) and Links Court and Augustine Court (roads extending north at the top of the picture).
