Lone Oak

Lone Oak consists of 30 condominiums situated around an open central circle featuring its own gazebo in a beautiful park- like setting with a 300 year old oak tree. Views from the rear of the units look across various ponds, golf course fairways and marshes. The Lone Oak Condominium Association provides lawn and landscape maintenance, snow removal from driveways, sidewalks and porches and all exterior property and building maintenance so that their residents' lifestyles are as carefree as possible. 

 
  

Ponds

The Ponds at Stonebridge is a community of 69 homes situated along Boulder Pond Drive in the northeast corner of the Stonebridge community. Established as a site condominium, The Ponds consists of ranch and Cape Cod style detached single-family homes located around two small ponds. Twin Islands Condominiums is the second youngest neighborhood in Stonebridge with 17 individual units built around the year 2000. Eight of the units are on a pond and have vistas of the 17th hole of the Stonebridge Golf Course. Four of the remaining units are on the golf course and the remaining 5 back up to wooded settings.  Many units have long open views and significant south and west sun exposures.  All units are located in a cul-de-sac with no thru traffic and all offer Saline schools and Pittsfield taxes.
