Fairway Woods  

The condominium units in five of the Stonebridge neighborhoods (Crooked Sticks, Doral Creek, Fairways, Fairway Woods and Twin Islands) share a design theme based on the four different floor plans. Units range from a 1,700 square foot ranch to a 2,400 square foot two-story. Most units offered at least three bedrooms, with four bedrooms in units offering a full second story and either four or five bedrooms in units with finished lower levels. Some lower levels are walk-out units, others are view out. However each neighborhood offered certain unique options such as large decks overlooking ponds and fairways or extensive glass-enclosed porches overlooking wooded views. Additionally, a large list of individual options from gas fire places, upgraded kitchens, vaulted and cathedral ceilings, and en-suite baths allowed for a wide range of individual expression so that each purchaser could design the perfect Stonebridge condominium.

 

The Heathers community consists of 66 detached luxury condominiums located on North Stonebridge Drive and on Doral Drive.  Among the 66 homes are five different models; some are single-story and some are two-story units, all with at least two or three bedrooms and some with as many as five bedrooms where the lower-level is finished. All Heathers units have golf course views either of the 2nd, 3rd, or 8th fairways of the Stonebridge Golf Club with abundant views of two ponds with fish and frequent water birds. Adjacent walking trails provide additional natural vistas.  Services are provided by a five-member Board and the Kramer-Triad Division of the Associa Management Company. Basically, those services consist of exterior siding/painting, landscaping, irrigation, and general assistance.
