Crooked Stick

Crooked Stick is a self-managed community of 12 detached and 2 attached condominium units overlooking the 1st, 9th, and 18th fairways of the exquisitely beautiful Stonebridge Golf Course. Most units also enjoy the serenity and the beauty of the Rouse Creek. Current monthly maintenance fees of $255.00 provide most exterior painting, roof replacement, lawn and most tree / shrub maintenance, annual bed mulching, driveway snow plowing and sidewalk / porch shoveling, and annual driveway resealing. We also have an annual neighborhood summer social gathering by the Creek. Like a number of communities and streets within Stonebridge Community, ours has a golf-course related name. In our instance, Crooked Stick is named after a delightful Indiana golf course which is hosting the 2009 Senior's U.S. Open. The current CSCA President is Dick Brown who can be reached at 734-944-6096 or by clicking on "Contact Us" and selecting Dick Brown. No management company is used
Doral Creek

The condominium units in five of the Stonebridge neighborhoods (Crooked Sticks, Doral Creek, Fairways, Fairway Woods and Twin Islands) share a design theme based on the four different floor plans. Units range from a 1,700 square foot ranch to a 2,400 square foot two-story. Most units offered at least three bedrooms, with four bedrooms in units offering a full second story and either four or five bedrooms in units with finished lower levels. Some lower levels are walk-out units, others are view out. However each neighborhood offered certain unique options such as large decks overlooking ponds and fairways or extensive glass-enclosed porches overlooking wooded views. Additionally, a large list of individual options from gas fire places, upgraded kitchens, vaulted and cathedral ceilings, and en-suite baths allowed for a wide range of individual expression so that each purchaser could design the perfect Stonebridge condominium.
Estates homes are 321 large, single-family homes found throughout the Stonebridge community, on the Stonebridge Drive circle, on the North and South Boulder Ponds (shown above ), and on streets such as Lohr Road and Prairie Dunes Court. Each Estates home was individually designed and was constructed to high standards by builders approved by the community's developers. All Estates homes are individually-owned site condominiums. The Estates does not use a management company, so if you have questions contact Estates President Dawn Robinson 734-369-3940 .
The Fairways are a neighborhood of 14 single-family homes with a view to the rear of the 14th fairway of the Stonebridge Golf Club.
